When I’m not at the gym, I’m at home running after my two beautiful children. Whenever I can manage to get some free time, I like to spend it reading a crime/mystery novel or watching a horror movie. I manage to workout for at least 30 minutes 2-3 days a week and it leaves me with so much more energy for when I get home!
The best advice I can give anyone looking to start being healthier is to not focus on the number on the scale. Instead, look in the mirror and see the changes your body is making and how different your clothes fit. You might have more energy, less stomach pains, etc. Don’t give up and don’t let a number define who you are.
