Originally from the beautiful state of Washington, I relocated to Fort Wayne in 2011 when I was only 14 years old. I moved to Fort Wayne with my two Russian coaches to pursue my career in figure skating. Being a member of Team USA from 2014-2017 brought me all over the globe including places such as:
- Tallinn, Estonia
- Zagreb, Croatia
- Stockholm, Sweden
- Riga, Latvia
- Amsterdam, Netherlands
- and my personal favorite... Oberstdorf, Germany
A few of my other interests include: playing guitar, playing video games and going for runs.
I graduated from Carroll High School in 2014 and am currently studying for my ACE Certified Personal Training exams in March of 2018. I am scheduled to start studying for my major in Nutrition and minor in Health Education spring of 2018.
I believe, in one way or another, that everyone should be involved in some sort of physical activity, whether it be something huge like going to the gym religiously for two hours a day six days a week or something as small as going on walks for an hour three days a week. Not only does physical activity promote overall health benefits but it also, for me personally, makes me feel a lot better about myself and a lot of the time, puts me in a better mood. I believe if one were to combine a big enough goal with consistent effort and dedication, then truly anything is attainable.
