Background:

I started my journey in high school, my favorite class was weight training. I could not wait to meet up with my friends and show them all the new things I had learned, exercises and techniques to try. The more I learned the more important living a healthy life became to me. During my senior year I decided I wanted to help people do the same, and set out to become a certified personal trainer. I had played sports like football and ran track during childhood and my highschool years, but more recently I take more interest in spending my free time in nature, going on hikes and exploring trails with my wife and our german shepherd. I’ve been working as a trainer for two years now and I couldn’t be happier than when I’m working with my clients to help them reach their health and fitness goals. I moved to Fort Wayne from Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2020 and I’ve been working to improve the lives of my newfound community members ever since.

To My New Clients:

My approach to working with somebody new usually begins with learning my client’s unique set of strengths and weaknesses regarding physical activity. From there we can begin setting achievable goals to work on anything from balance and flexibility to strength and proper form. I’m constantly learning from my clients and using what I learn to help them find a better and more enjoyable quality of life. Quality of movement is always my main focus with all of my clients, that way we make sure that each exercise is not only effective but safe. I understand that everybody is an individual with their own challenges and needs, and I look forward to helping our members become the best version of themselves!
