Personal Trainer | NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

My coaching journey started on the tennis courts, teaching youth tennis for Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation. Seeing kids get a little better and a little more confident every time they showed up hooked me. I wanted to help people feel that way for a living.

For the past five-plus years, I've taught group fitness classes at Pure Barre here in Fort Wayne. Leading a room full of people with energy, music, and a lot of encouragement taught me how to motivate people and meet each of them where they are. I loved it, and I kept wanting to go deeper with people than a 50-minute class allows. So I earned my NASM Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach certifications to focus on one-on-one coaching.

My approach is simple: help you figure out what actually works for you. Everyone's body, schedule, and goals are different. I want to learn yours and build a plan around them, covering both how you move and how you fuel. I especially love mobility work. Split squats are my favorite exercise, but any movement that helps you feel better and move more freely is a win in my book. Whether you're brand new to the gym or ready to push past a plateau, I'll be right there cheering you on.

Outside the gym, you can catch me at a local coffee shop or taking a walk around downtown. One of my favorite books is Atomic Habits, and when it comes to music, name any genre and I'll probably find a song or artist I love.

My favorite part of this job is helping people unlock the best version of themselves and watching them grow through the process.
