+ Do You Accept Insurance Based Membership Programs?
Yes we do! We are partnered with many different insurance-based membership programs that could potentially get your membership covered free of charge! We work with many such as Silver Sneakers, Optum, American Specialty Healthy, Active+Fit and others! If you feel you may be covered through your insurance plan, please contact your insurance company directly to inquire. Afterwards, bring any documentation and details of eligibility in with you and we can help you get registered!
+ How Can I Update My Billing Information?
All members have access to our Catalyst Fitness app where they can update their contact info as well as billing information. They can also view their visit history, payment history, and more!
+ What Are Your Child Watch Guidelines?

+ What Are Your After-Hours Policies?
The printable pdf download below includes our most up-to-date after hours policies. These policies are in-effect whenever do not have staff regularly scheduled at the front desk which includes certain holidays.

Please read the policies carefully, but some of the most important points are:
- Only paid members with accounts in good standing are allowed after-hours access. This means any time we do not have front desk staff scheduled.
- No non-members or guests are allowed in the facility at any time we are not staffed at the front desk.
- Your membership must be current with no outstanding balance to maintain after-hours access privileges.
- Each person must scan their own QR code - no exceptions.
- No one is allowed to open the door or hold it open for someone else.
- If you come in together, you both must still scan at the door and allow the door to shut completely between each scan.
- Even if multiple people are members, each person must complete their own individual scan.
- We have deployed an AI-powered camera system which detects how many people pass through for each scan at the door.
- The system generates automatic alerts when violations occur.
- Violation fines: $30 per person per occurrence can occur for anyone caught breaking these rules.
- Messages are processed automatically when violations are detected.
- Safety and Security: We need to know exactly who is in our facilities at all times for member safety and emergency situations.
- Liability Protection: Unauthorized access creates significant liability issues for our business and puts our members at risk.
- Theft Prevention: Trespassing and theft cost us thousands of dollars per year, which ultimately affects membership rates and facility improvements.
- Fairness: Only paying members should have access to the facilities they pay for.
How to Avoid Violations:
Simple - just follow the scanning procedure every time:
- Approach the door scanner individually
- Open your Catalyst Fitness app and display your QR code
- Scan your code at the door
- Allow the door to close completely before the next person scans
- Never hold the door open for others - even other members
+ Can I Come In Anytime I Want?
If you are a member, yes you can. If you are doing a personal training appointment, we will schedule appointments anytime that works best for you and your Catalyst Fitness Professional. With our approach, you’ll make sure you get to your workouts. Chances are if you put it off, you won’t do it, continuing your frustration with reaching your health and fitness goals.
+ How Is Your Personal Training Better?
Our One-on-One Private Training means there is one client and one trainer (unless you add a friend or spouse to your session). You’re never a part of a group and you’ll never have to share a trainer. We believe that every second of your experience must be carefully orchestrated and executed by a qualified Fitness Professional. At either of our beautiful and private facilities, you don’t compete with anyone else for your trainer’s complete attention, or for the use of the equipment. Instead, you’ll find it surprisingly easy to focus on yourself and – with your trainer’s one-on-one help – you’ll be able to take total control of your mind, health, & body.
We work with our clients in a very individualized way. By this, we mean that each client or member will experience Catalyst Fitness a little differently…because we are all different! What may be best for one person certainly isn’t the same as the next person…and so on. We have a thorough initial interview process that will help us to customize our services to your needs. No pre-packaged programs here!
+ What Will My Trainer Make Me Do?
That depends on you! Everyone is different and although your goals may be similar to someone else… they are never quite the same. Thus, your exercise program, although similar to someone else… is never quite the same.
Your workout is designed based upon your health history, goals, any current limitations, and the time you have available for exercise. We will educate you on the core components of good health as well as what your individual focus should be. Clients generally start feeling better, physically and mentally, the first week they begin their training.
+ I Feel a Little Nervous About Getting Started
Many people feel that way – it’s completely okay. We find that after you take that first step and meet us, you will feel exceptionally comfortable with our staff and approach. We are guided by a simple passion for helping people. By educating our customers and working hard to thrill them beyond what they expect, we show them that they can feel better than they ever thought possible!

+ Can You Help Me With What I Should Eat?
Yes.
Proper nutrition is an essential part of any fitness program. We will teach you what proper nutrition really is, what are the myths and truths about nutrition, why mainstream diets fail, and what you can do to incorporate nutrition that works for you and your goals.
+ Are You Going To Make Me Buy a Huge Package of Personal Training Sessions?
Absolutely not! We are Fitness Professionals who work with clients simply because it is what we have committed our lives to. At Catalyst Fitness, we place our focus on your ultimate success, not on what we can “sell” you.
We are so confident in our approach that we offer pay as you go personal training services and you can discontinue at any time. If you are ready for a larger commitment, we have packages available that come along with a bit of a discount. We also do not require you to purchase a membership to work with one of our trainers (although you may if you want to use our facility in that manner.)
Our programs are endorsed by medical doctors. We treat you with respect and professionalism. Simply put, we want you to feel 100% comfortable at all times.
+ What Should I Wear?
Wear what you are comfortable wearing. Most clients wear a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. Some wear sweats. It doesn’t matter as long as you feel comfortable, you are wearing nothing that displays offensive images or language, and you are wearing nothing that damages our equipment. We reserve the right to ask you to change what you are wearing at any moment if we deem it inappropriate.
