With a passion for creating meaningful connections, Tessa Borton brings enthusiasm and energy to the Catalyst Fitness team. As part of the Child Watch staff, she creates a warm, engaging environment where children thrive while their parents focus on their fitness goals. Her belief that working out is "not only physical but also mental" informs her approach to creating positive experiences for Catalyst's youngest members, helping instill healthy attitudes toward activity from an early age.

When not brightening days at the Catalyst Fitness Child Watch or studying for dental hygiene school (which she notes "is not for the weak!"), Tessa enjoys playing volleyball, working out, and spending quality time with her friends. Her goal for the next five years is to become a dental hygienist at a family practice and hopefully marry her boyfriend who currently lives in New York.
