Hearing that your Medicare Advantage plan or fitness benefit (like SilverSneakers) is changing for 2027? You're not alone, and new benefits often can't be confirmed until early January.
So we're making it simple: work out free all of January at any Catalyst Fitness location while we help you get set up in the fitness benefit you qualify for.

- Current Catalyst Fitness members and people coming from other gyms whose SilverSneakers plan is ending.
How it works
- Send us your infoFill out our short online form and add a photo of your insurance card, or bring your card to any front desk during staffed hours.
- Work out free in JanuaryUse any of our three Fort Wayne locations all month. No card on file and no automatic charges.
- We help you get set upDuring January we help you get enrolled in the fitness benefit you qualify for, like SilverSneakers, Optum or ASH plans.
