Payment Information & Fees
Keep Your Payment Method Current
- Monthly automatic payments require an active, valid payment method
- Update your payment information immediately through the Catalyst Fitness app or by contacting our front desk if anything changes
- Your membership remains active even if a payment fails, but facility access will be suspended until resolved
Service Fees
- $23.50 service fee automatically applies if a payment fails on the due date
- $9.50 late fee applies after 10 days of non-payment
- These fees are charged by our third-party billing company and we do not receive these funds. As a result, we are unable to directly refund them, however we can get them waived before they run to your saved payment method if you proactively work with us quickly after a payment bounces.
- Unpaid dues and fees continue to accumulate during non-payment periods
- After 90 days of non-payment, outstanding balances may be sent to collections
Annual Maintenance Fee
All monthly payment plan memberships include an annual maintenance fee that goes directly toward facility and equipment upkeep. Your payment date generally depends on when you signed up and what plan you are on:
- Signed up January 1 - April 30: Pay May 15th annually
- Signed up May 1 - August 31: Pay September 15th annually
- Signed up September 1 - December 31: Pay January 15th annually
This fee processes automatically with your regular payment method and is subject to the same bounce and late fees. If it falls on your regular membership payment date, both your normal membership payment and the maintenance fee will process together.
Membership Cancellation
Important: Your membership remains active and billable until you properly complete our cancellation process. Simply stopping gym visits, cancelling your credit card, or stopping payments does NOT cancel your membership. In addition, filing chargeback claims with your bank or disputing the membership payments with your credit card does not remove your responsibility to pay your membership and could result in additional fees.
Cancellation Timeline
- 30-day notice period begins when you submit your request
- Any payment scheduled during the 30-day notice will be your final payment
- You maintain full facility access for 30 days after your final payment
- If your final payment bounces or you file a chargeback, your cancellation will be voided and regular payments will resume
Family Memberships: Each family member must complete their own separate cancellation process using their individual agreement number.
Requirements for Cancellation Approval
- No outstanding balance on your account
- Completion of any commitment terms (e.g., 12-month agreement) including any payments and fees owed during your 30 day cancellation window.
